Wildhorse Ranch Rescue in Gilbert Arizona

Wildhorse Ranch Rescue is the inspiration for Ripple Ranch. They are one of the largest horse sanctuaries in Arizona and they just celebrated their 25 year anniversary. Not only do they have a large variety of equines, but they also have a cat sanctuary on site called Kitty City.

An important part of the organization is the foster facilities that are available to ensure we find a safe place for each animal we rescue. Ripple Ranch's former location in San Tan Valley will be known as Pixie's Playground going forward and Ripple Ranch will operate in Ash Fork at Wildhorse's new property, Wildhorse 66.

We currently are transitioning some members from San Tan Valley to the Ash Fork location to make space for more animals in need. Ripple Ranch has our own adopted equines along with some Wildhorse Ranch Rescue fosters looking for new homes. Below is a short video from their YouTube site and the link above takes you to their site for more information.

This sanctuary is a non-profit organization maintained by volunteers and started by Kim Meagher and her family. Feel free to visit their sites and meet all the horses, donkeys, cats, and the people who care for them.
